writing a kids book

I am looking for an experienced, talented writer to create a children's book for a 4-7 year old audience. The book should be an adventure story with a specific plot or template already in mind. It should reflect the current times and be accessible to children; while providing an enjoyable, captivating story they can relate to. The writer should have an understanding of the age group and be creative with the narrative. I am open to suggestions on style and form of the book. The final work should be well written, engaging, and lovable. In English and French please. The book will be a real story I lived while pregnant with a rooster and his ladies chicken. The story is finishing well and happy. Somone that traveled to Australie can be a bonus cos this person will know how is to live in a shack not far from the beach in NSW. I have the whole story in my head but can t write it properly or need a little help. Im not rich but can pay for the right person, and we can talk about the price in advance for the whole project.
