My story: pioneers in America

Are you interested in writing a story looking into the pioneers of America? I am looking for someone to write a creative story spanning Colonial America, Westward Expansion and the Industrial Revolution. The basis of the story will explore this time period that lays the foundation of the United States of America, but will feature a mix of both fiction and non-fiction elements, as well as details of my German-American cousins. The story should be entertaining, while also being informative and inspirational. In order for this to be successful, the chosen freelancer should have a very good knowledge of American history and be able to intertwine the story with many facts and events. Interested applicants should submit writing samples (after talking with me and getting my draft chapter), as well as their qualifications and experience. There are several chapters and themes: The German-American kitchen, expansion west, farming, tailors, grist mills, white slavery, patriots and several wars, all encompassing several states. I don't want someone who is just going to download stuff, I want you to demonstrate you have a background in a particular topic, or are living in a particular region, that will tie in with what I'm trying to write about.
