Shortly before the virus broke out I received a text from a friend in Hunan, the province just south of Wuhan and I instantly knew this virus was going worldwide. My eldest daughter, once an award winning and beautiful young actress, had become a drug addict. As a professional rehabilitation counselor this was a bitter pill to swallow. We had lost touch, so I set out from my home in Mexico to find her on the streets of LA before she could catch this virus. Found her, coerced her into coming to Mexico and through her into the rehab of the poor. My book, 65,000 words and pictures, is about this process.
