I need a screenplay writer.

I am a self-published author looking to adapt my 150 page novel into a screenplay. Due to personal reasons, I am not willing to write the screenplay myself. I would like to hire someone who is able to write a screenplay without altering the concept at all. I am also looking for someone who is satisfied with the term "Ghost writer", and once payment Is made, strings are cut.
