I need help, I have written a "script / Story" could be book..But I'm an ideas man not (yet) a writer. -- 2

You will probably notice from this email, i am no writer but I have (over lockdown) written a film/book/ story idea I have had in my mind for ages...
But im no writer and now covid over having little spare time, now back running my business.
I feel this "story" I have written (sure u hear yhis all the time) has a massive potential to be a childrens book or a animation film.
I would love to find someone to have a look at my story and help me expand it futher, so it can be presented to publishers etc.
I am very passionate about this and would like to work with someone who shared the passion for the story and would like to work with me to get it out and see what happens.
Its a unique story and covers many topics, from losing a parent, polution, friendships and dicovery...
It follows 2 familys simultaneously 1. Human 2. Dolphin..
And after losing there Mums (like a nemo start ish lol) How they have simular jouneys.
It links the boys lack of any environmentaly friendly compassion, and internal anger to the connection of the dolphin boy (Noah) having simular issues.. and how this ultimaly connects them and changes there lifes. Its a fun story with a strong message..
