I need a ghost writer

I have completed the first draft structure of a crime novel set in Australia, but don't have enough fiction writing skills to fully develop the characters, build the world and write the dialogue. I'm looking for a ghost writer to complete the 80,000-word project, edited so that it's ready to pitch to a traditional publisher.
