medical narratives and quality assurance

I am looking for someone to write medical narratives and do some quality assurance. The medical narratives should summarize any recent orders or communication notes. If there are none, then the narrative only needs to be rephrased. The freelancer should be familiar with remote access software. The freelancer will be copying the narrative into a website and making sure the information from a previous narrative coincides with the new narrative. More information will be provided.

Bid with your hourly rate. Place holder bids that are different than your hourly rate will be dismissed. Payments will be made with freelancer desktop time tracking app. No milestones.
