ghost writer needed for SELF HELP book

I am a first time writer, I have never writtne before. I want to write and publish a self help type book. I have written 20,000 words.

organise it
make the book flow and make sense
guide me on how to make it engaging
ghost write in areas
prepare for publishing

please can you tell me

i must stress i am a novice - i need a lot of guidance. but i have 20,000 words already written to get started with.
