entrepreneur book -- 2

I am a serial entrepreneur always coming out with new products to take to the market. i would like to have book written with a ghost writer going over my past projects to show how to take a product from idea to the market. need someone who lives in los angeles ,ca and can meet in person.. can this be done or am i stuck with working through internet?. dont have a problem if in person if it still runs through freelancer.
