Writing a book

My second mum has been diagnosed with terminal cancer after beating breast cancer 4 years ago, she has 2 years the doctors say approximately and on her bucket list is to have help writing her biography, i can pay but I don’t have a lot of money and our go fund me isn’t going as well as we had hoped is there anyone willing to help at a lower rate at all please?
