Write a script for an audio ebook

I am wanting to create an ebook about how not to lose yourself. So based on depression, or too much work no time for yourself, kids, responsibilities. From my own experiences, I feel this resonates with a lot of people. So this has to be exactly what it is like!

No story just general, reaching out to readers, giving motivational advise, tips and tricks.
