Write a 1 page book proposal to send to potential agents

Hi all! I am looking for a creative person to write an engaging, attention-grabbing book proposal that I can send to potential agents. I need someone with experience writing a captivating book proposal and who has knowledge of the non-fiction market. One of the agents I am interested in asks for the following, and I would like the proposal based on this:
- Write a gripping query letter that tells us what your book is about
- Tell us why your project would be a good fit for our agency
- Tell us why this book has an audience, and why you’re the one to write it (particularly for non-fiction)
- Include information about your credentials to write this book, publications and prizes, awards, and conferences
- Compare your book to other titles that are similar
- Tell us which well-known writer’s work yours resembles
As a result, I would like someone who understands the book market and is able to do the research to answer some of the more complex questions. The winner will (obviously!) have more information about my book, but you will need familiarity with writing non-fiction book proposals. The two main markets I can think of for my books are daily reflection journals and cat lovers.
I will request samples from all possible candidates.
