Write a 100 page book for me about collaborations, networking and building relationships

I am looking for something to write a 100 page book for me, all about collaborations and building relationships.
This book will be written similar to a book called expert secrets, by Russell Brunson.
The point of this book is to teach lessons to entrepreneurs who are want ing to learn how to scale and grow their business through partnerships.
I would like the book to position me as an expert to get me speaking engagements, and new business clients
Here is some of the format ⤵️
I have a fomate that I would like to follow called the SSS formula
STORY - Origin story - example --> seperation, day my granrma died, my husband wiped my accountrs
SITUATION - --> The cost of not doing it my way
SOLUTION - ---> 8 STEP PROCESS to building relationships ( add stories in between)
I am willing to provide a story bank for you to pull stories from and lessons to help the person over come the objection..
