To f your emotions, have discipline and do the work. To make decisions fast and not allow procrastination. To do the work and feel good afterwards not the opposite. Basically for men to man the f up.
I want the tone of this book to be aggressive in a way. Talking directly to readers and addressing their BS.
I don't want to dive deep into how the mind works and all this stuff, but rather shame them, make them feel bad and sorry for themselves for always being emotional.
