Write a Letter for a Futurist Website Open Novel

We need a Fictional Writer Character to compose a Letter for a website novel about the relationship between Plagiarism and the historical figure of the Devil. We don't need writers with any previous work experience, or educational background on writing. We only need you to apply by answering the question: "How do you know you can read?“ in one or two small sentences.
The Letter will be exactly 500 words and the budget we have for this work is €15.
