50,000 Word Story

I have an idea for a story. I'd like to write the plot summary down in around 10 bullet points and hire someone to write it. The budget is low so I expect the quality to be similar. It's only a first draft. I'll tolerate typos, bad grammar and even a really bad story. Just so long as it's 50,000 words and makes sense.
