I'm seeking a professional with a solid understanding of trauma-informed practice, cognitive behaviour theory, choice theory, and strength-based theory to develop a comprehensive self-mastery program aimed at incarcerated youth.

Program objectives:
- Foster self-reflection, personal responsibility, and emotional regulation

Program content:
- Digital slides for each session
- Videos, infographics, and interactive quizzes
- Individual exercises and role-playing scenarios

Program sessions:
1. Who am I? (identity, strengths, and values)
2. Emotional intelligence & self-awareness
3. The impact of choices & decision-making skills
4. Dealing with anger & frustration in a healthy way
5. Overcoming past mistakes & planning for the future
6. Accountability & building trust

Role of the facilitator (student):
- Conduct individual sessions

Ideal candidates will have:
- Extensive experience in social work and working with youth, particularly those who are incarcerated
- Deep understanding and practical application of trauma-informed practice and cognitive behaviour theory
- Ability to create engaging and educational digital content
- Experience designing interactive and thought-provoking program activities.
