Seeking guiding hand and/or ghostwriter for young adult novel.

I have a rough outline for my novel, that is currently about 25,000 words. I'm feeling stuck regarding how to flesh it out into a book. I'm hoping to find someone with experience writing books who can give me pointers for how to turn my rough ideas into developed stories. With this, I need a writing coach and not just a ghostwriter.
