Script for Army Medicine Mixed Culture Event

I'm looking for an experienced writer to craft an original 1 to 2 hour-long anchoring script. This script will be used for a cultural event welcoming and bidding farewell to Army medical officers. The event theme is a mix of different cultures, including elements from Army and medical cultures. It should be humourous interactive. Hindi english mixed language.
Key requirements:
