Romance Writer: Creative "Small town romance" ghostwriter needed

I am excited to work with a fresh and creative ghostwriter who would like to explore developing a contemporary romance novel and maybe a series. I would love to develop an ongoing partnership with the right person. This opportunity I would like a writer to develop a 35,000 -45000 words small-town romance concept. I would love to share some input for the right storyline, but the writer has most of the "decision power" I am looking for a writer who knows how to plot out a very intriguing storyline with strong characters that keep readers turning the page!
