Role Play Video Game Script Writer for a Corporate Leadership Game Development

We are developing a corporate leadership Role Play Game (RPG) video game that aims to teach players about power dynamics in the workplace through conflict resolution, decision-making under pressure, and team collaboration scenarios. I'm seeking a scriptwriter who can create realistic, engaging scenarios that embody these concepts.
Background:
• it will be played by the senior level management professionals.
• each scenario or story arc be in terms of gameplay time - 40 minutes
• a single player game with 5 to 7 NPC (total around 10 characters)
• Its a combination of linear and branching narratives would be ideal for a GTA-style role-play game focused on power dynamics.
Requirement:
• Script for 1 level with 5 scenarios with a combination of linear and branching narratives on each scenario. 5 main story missions and 15 side missions in each scenario. Each scenario should run for 40 minutes.
Ideal candidates should have:
- A strong background in scriptwriting, particularly for video games
- An understanding of corporate dynamics and leadership
- Experience with writing conflict resolution and power play scenarios
- A knack for creating realistic workplace scenarios
The script should be written in a realistic style, mirroring the challenges faced in everyday corporate life. Scenarios may include, but are not limited to, encounters with a micromanager, an office bully, The Favoritism Boss, The Gaslighting Manager, or a toxic team, Influence, cunning, manipulation, betrayal, build respect, build alliance, etc.
Your role will be to create engaging, educational content that will help players learn about power dynamics in a fun and interactive way.
