I would like to get a book drafted on value creation on commercial real estate (Offices, Hotels, Retail etc).
It should be an actual book not e-book, 200-300 pages.
Will be used by property investors to identify value creation opportunities in their investments.
Content should be a mix of google + academic articles.
The level of the book should be similar to the "For Dummies" series. Not expert and not pure layman.
