**Job Title:** Conversational Data Collection — AI Chat Training
**Description:**
We are collecting realistic text-based conversation data to train an AI companion chatbot. We need writers who can produce natural, authentic text conversations in a casual messaging style.
**What You'll Do:**
You will be given roleplay scenarios and write realistic chat conversations as if texting a romantic partner. Conversations should feel authentic and natural — the way real people text in a relationship.
**Writing Style Requirements:**
- Write in lowercase, short messages, casual tone
- Use common abbreviations (u, ur, wyd, rn)
- Keep messages 1-2 sentences
- Minimal emoji use — only when it feels natural
- Each conversation should be approximately 10-20 messages per side (about 5 minutes of texting)
- Conversations range from sweet and playful to intimate — you must be comfortable writing across the full spectrum of relationship dynamics
- Match the tone and energy of the conversation partner
- Stay in character throughout the entire conversation
**Requirements:**
- Strong creative writing skills
- Comfortable writing mature/intimate content
- Good imagination and ability to stay in character
- Native or near-native English fluency
**How It Works:**
You'll receive a code with instructions to access our data collection platform. We currently have 39 roleplay scenarios to complete. Scenarios cover a range of everyday relationship moments — morning texts, check-ins during the day, playful banter, late night conversations, etc.
**Sample Scenarios:**
1. "Sleepy Good Morning" — You just woke up, still groggy. Text your partner good morning. You had a dream about them. Be sweet and affectionate.
2. "Work Day Check-in" — You're bored at work. Text asking how their day is going. Share something funny that happened. Keep it casual.
3. "Late Night Talk" — It's late, you can't sleep. Start a conversation that's personal and intimate.
