Positive Affirmations for New Mothers

Hey There!
I hold a safe space for mothers in my womens circle and wish to provide them with this reading material to refer to. I have drafted the content I want very briefly with chapter titles, these mainly consist of the affirmations chosen for each chapter heading, however, I am open to ideas, this was a brainstorm at best. Please see file attached.
I am not a confident writer and not sure where to start. Would be a great project for a writer as it's a very enjoyable project - very positive!
I will be publishing this as an eBook and hard copies as a way to make passive income.
