Painting Ocean Waves

I need a script for a 2 hour painting sip class to paint an ocean wave.

The content needs to be light and entertaining but inspiring.

Can you write something that includes some stories about the ocean, art history and spirituality.This is an introduction to painting so don't make it too heavily spiritual.
