Organization Design and Change

I have intellectual property with regards to organization design and organization change that needs to be published. The book would be the beginning of a larger program that involves teaching/speaking on the principles and concepts that will be outlined in the book. This program would provide content and case studies for additional books moving forward. I am will also be in need of graphic design to illustrate the principals/concepts outlined in the book. I have spent the bulk of my career as a consultant and entrepreneur and have used this intellectual property to transform and improve many companies and large projects. ie:Siemens, Deere, Con Agra, Toyota North America etc. I am looking for someone good at projecting voice and style.
