Need a writer, short film writing with screenplay

I am looking for a skilled writer who can create a screenplay for a short film. The film will be a combination of thriller and comedy genres and will be approximately 10-20 minutes in length. I am open to suggestions for the plot and story, so creativity and originality are highly valued.
