Hey, this is Ally, mother of two daughters now, founder of Xproject. Back to 2015, my eldest daughter was born, by the time, I have to make a hard decision like all mum. My daughter or my job? I struggled for a while, finally I choose my daughter, since I want to spend the best time at my life with my daughter, and stay with the family. The time with family is great, but I still want to start my job and achieve success as a women in my deep heart, one day, my husband came in and said, why don’t you create your own business? Then, Xproject was born at the same year with my daughter. Thanks to the support of my family, we started with a small business in LED lighting industrial. With the support of our customers, we grow up to be a team of 8 people and stick together like family now, and I will spend the rest of my life with Xproject and our customers.
