Multicultural Beginner's Cookbook with Illustrations
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a chef, experienced recipe writer or a cook who can help me craft a beginner-friendly cookbook. This project is aimed at people who lack experience in the kitchen but are eager to explore multiple cuisines. Key skills needed for the project include:
- Experience in creating or writing recipes
- Comfortability with a variety of cuisines
- Ability to break down complex cooking techniques into simple steps fit for beginners
- Skills in food illustration to guide beginners visually through each cooking step
What I envision for this cookbook/s is:
- It should feature recipes from a range of cuisines including Italian, Mexican, Asian and more
- Each recipe should be simple enough for a beginner to follow
- Written instructions should be clear and precise
- Illustrations I have the majority of original photos but would like some sketches for step by step instructions
- i want it to be targeted to hosting / catering at home with minimal prep on the vent day (mainly the day previous with just re heat or assembling ideas on the day)
- i am after several E books (canapes, plated meals and shared platters)
- will need to have a guide on presentation ideas as well as preparation hints and hacks and portioning for the amount of guests
