Make a detailed outline for my novel

My novel is called 'Cheese Moon', which delves into the labyrinth of memory, grief, and creativity, as the protagonist, a newcomer novelist, is taking a decade to write down his sophomore novel since the death of his sister as he made the promise of making her the heroine on his next novel, therefore he wants to make the book perfect on her memory.
He goes so deep into the history that start to confuse real life with the history, and I got two synopsis for this: either bringing his sister back in the form of the heroine from the book causing chaos in the real world or alternating the two stories between the real life and the story the protagonist is making.
Honestly, you choose and you can make up more stuff.
The title itself is a metaphor for the surreal and ethereal journey undertaken by the protagonist, where the moon, a symbol of dreams and illusions, takes on the form of cheese, a substance both tangible and elusive. As the protagonist immerses himself more in the narrative of his novel, he inadvertently blurs the boundaries between reality and fiction.
"Cheese Moon" becomes a poignant exploration of the power of storytelling to transcend the limitations of mortality, offering a sanctuary where love and memory intertwine to defy the passage of time.
This book has 10 chapters (including prologue and epilogue which I already wrote down).
The prologue is him as this new successful fantasy novelist and making the promise to her ill sister and the epilogue is him after the launch of his second book at a fansign, hearing families that could move on thanks to this book.
