Looking for Novelist to develop plot structure, story structure

i am writing a book for young adults which is a mixture of genres: fictional story, cartoon characters, economical textbook. -> Think Donald Duck explains economy and startups.
I have the structure already developed as bullet points (ca 10 pages) and I would like to review it with an experienced writer / novelist. The story should be appealing and thrilling to read for teenagers, yet it should provide a lot of knowledge (without being boring/dull) on economic and startup topics.
FYI: The overall book should have 180 - 200 pages.
So THIS job is about reviewing whats already there and add insights based on your experience to make the story better (e.g. add B-Story, thrilling moments, immersive learning of economic topics,...).
Also following this job I would need support in writing this story, but that will be a DIFFERENT assignment here on freelancer.com
