At Marketing.MBA, we are looking for a Scriptwriter (m/w/d) to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone that can work under pressure to manage edits within a short time frame, understands how production affects audiences, and is familiar with script-writing guidelines and techniques to be able to develop a full-length script within required deadlines. As a Scriptwriter, you will be responsible for creating informative and well-researched scripts for our clients, developing story elements to translate the creative vision into stories for production, with a deep understanding of the storyline and target audience.

*Responsibilities:*
- Write engaging scripts for a variety of different projects for our clients
- Understand how to write to maintain the audience interested, including writing in visual cues, sound effects, and b-roll.
- Perform and deliver under tight deadlines
- Discuss content details with technical teams to ensure that it meets desired standards
- Create blueprints for script based on research and creative vision of production teams
- Ensure there are no legal and copyright issues that could occur with the production of a script
- Identify sources for the researcher to assist the scriptwriting process
- Revise written materials based on editorial and personal standards to meet expectations of production teams
*Job requirements:*
- Excellent writing skills in German (grammar & wording)
- Creative and business mindset as well as fantastic organizational and communication skills
- Thrive in an open-floor brainstorm as well as in the execution of a laid-out plan
- Experience as content writer or scriptwriter
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Screenwriting, Creative Writing, or a related field of study
- Leadership or management experience
- Keen sense of empathy for the entertainment audience and can cater your empathy depending on the demographics of that audience
- Oriented towards cutting-edge technology and want to be ahead of the industry curve
