Looking for Fantasy Romance writer for ongoing project

Thanks for looking at our job posting. I’m hoping we can work together to create some fae fantasy novels!
Our books are fated mates, one bed, kick butt and take names types of books with beautifully crafted magical systems.
We write in three book series. Each book will be a stand-alone, happily ever after for each couple. If the series is successful, there is a possibility of adding more books to the series.
We’re looking for long-term, experienced ghostwriters who love the fantasy genre and have a brilliant mind for detail and world building.
All of our books are fantasy with beautiful realms and well rounded characters, so make sure you’re comfortable writing that before you apply. More specific tropes and themes will be provided after application.
Requirements:
• Native English speaking
• Able to complete 50k in four weeks with a weekly submission of 12.5k minimum. If you are able to write more, then the opportunity for you to make more is available.
• Willing to write 75k-80k word books
• NO PLAGIARISM. We only want original content, and will take legal action in these scenarios.
• Able to complete professional, chapter-by-chapter plot outlines. We will provide the themes and tropes.
• Accessible and communicative.
• A professional work ethic
• A phone interview and signing a contract/NDA are required.
• Must be an experienced plotter.
• Most importantly, a love of magical worlds!
