Long-term, talented Ghost Writer to write in an electrical/technical niche: off-grid solar power

I am looking for a high-quality writer to work with on a long-term basis to write a book about Off-Grid Solar Power, and possible subsequent books about similar/relatable topics.
The first book will be around 30,000 words long, with a pay of $3.50/100 words, totalling $1,050.
I will provide you with a detailed book outline and many online resources for you to use to write the book and conduct extra research for the book content.
I am looking for a writer who is experienced, knowledgable and most importantly PASSIONATE about writing about Solar Power systems and electricity. I am looking for someone with whom I can come alongside to guide and direct as the project is worked on. I will be there every step of the way and I see this as a collaborative project, where I want you to have as much pride in your writing and the project as I do! This is a team effort :)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. No plagiarism
2. Ability to do accurate research and turn it into ORIGINAL & HIGH-QUALITY content
3. Write in an engaging style
4. Good listener and follower of instructions
5. Able to take constructive criticism and turn it into positive changes in the work. Don't take things personally and don't be too serious! :)
6. Be a visionary - see the end goal of the written project.
7. Must be a native English writer and have excellent English grammar and sentence structure
Please provide a writing sample of yours for me to read, preferably about Off-grid solar power or electricity, to show your experience and expertise in the field. In your application, please explain any personal experience you may have with solar panel systems or electrical wiring/circuitry.
All candidates will be expected to have a 15-20minute video interview, no exceptions.
