(Long-term) Expert Ghostwriter in bushcraft niche

Looking for a ghostwriter who has both writing experience AND personal experience in bushcraft including topics such as
bushcraft skills, survival skills, wilderness survival, nature survival, camping
We are a growing publishing company looking to expand and add new talents to our team. We can provide steady, long-term work as long as you deliver quality work.
Each book will be 30,000 words long, and the rate is $2.5 per 100 words.
You will need to submit the work for me to check at every 10,000 words along with a 2000-5000 word test job initially. This is to ensure that the book is heading in the right direction (this saves both of our time and avoids revisions). The payment will be sent only after the entire 30,000 words is completed.
Writer also needs to be able to provide pictures and illustrations whenever required.
We are looking for someone who can write and reference a source to the information, along with adding their personal experience to it. Not just writing a book based on their personal experience.
