How to Sell Your Business

I'm a Mergers and Acquisition advisor and I've seen a great book online from another M&A advisor about how middle-market clients can sell their business. It's so good in fact that I want to just slap on a new cover, and my name as the author, on the material in the book but of course that would be a copyright infringement. So I want to find someone that can use that book as a base and I can create a similar book.

I want to know how long this will take, and what it will cost. I've attached a copy of the book that I wish to base my book on.
