Ghostwriting job: re-write the introduction of an article on satellite electronics components

I need someone to re-write the introduction (about one page long) of a scientific article, with a better english and improved content. It's a review article on the usage of COTS components for satellites and the radiation tests that are currently done on such components before sending them in orbit. I will provide the introduction that has already been written and you should start from there to improve it. A suited profile for this task would probably be an electronics engineer with some background on satellites, or a space engineer with basic knowledge of COTS and rad-hard components.
