Ghostwriting a Romance Novel

Hello, I am looking for a ghostwriter to write me a contemporary romance, that is about 20,000 words in length. I am looking for a writer who loves writing, and really wants to make an impact and a difference with their story and their words. I am new to this space and am in need of a helping hand. I can only afford to pay $200 for this project as I am just starting out.
