Ghostwriter to write a children's book ages 6-12

I am looking for a ghostwriter to write an outline and a book as well as research and produce high quality writing for a children's book series on emotional regulation through interoception awareness. The budget is $300 (USD) for approximately 200 pages and 15 words per page with approximately 14 chapters (including an outline).

The theme is about how to recognise body cues and what emotions these body cues are trying to convey with practical strategies on how to manage these emotions.
