Ghostwriter wanted for epic, original sci-fi novel or screenplay

You need to at least enjoy writing sci-fi. But if you loved 'Stranger Things' and want to write the next epic novel that goes beyond all that, then this is for you.
I have more than a foundation for the idea. This story has been in my head since the late 80's early 90's - Before Harry Potter, X-Men and Stranger Things arrived. I've written the scenes in my head and although some elements exist within those other stories, this one is truly original with a different vibe.
With the movie technology that exists today, I can envisage this on the big screen and it would be epic. I can visualise it all, but I'm just not very good at being patient, sitting down and writing, which is why I'm having to resort to a ghost writer!

My inspiration comes from some of the old manga stories like Akira, plus many of my own ideas. I just wasn't a fan of the whole over-the-top fantastical elements of them. I prefer stories that are more subtle, more grounded in reality, where you can see character development grow, change with twists as events in the story affect them.
I think such stories connect with the audience better. Where they can imagine being that person, or relate to events in their own lives or people they know.
So that's my remit. I would prefer an experienced writer, skilled with plot and character development. I don't have a huge amount of funds available to me, but I'm also open to discuss sharing rights with the right person(s).
Netflix or the movie studios WILL fight for this!
