Ghostwriter for a fun and entertaining fact book f...

I am looking for a high-quality writer to work on a long-term basis to write multiple fact books for adults, teens and kids as well as trivia books and riddle books for both kids and adults.
We want our book to be around 40,000 words or roughly 1,000 facts. Pay will increase with future projects.
I will provide you with the titles of each chapter which will dictate the topics that you will need to find facts about. Obviously, since this is a fact book, there is not a lot of creative writing to do and more research so that is why I want to make sure that you understand that aspect of the project.
You will still have some creative space and fun while rewording a bit and adding some zest into the facts. Since it is a bit of a different ball game to write a facts book, we really need to find someone that is interested and loves this kind of stuff.... If you like crazy, fun, random and interesting facts and all things trivia and riddles, then you will enjoy this work. If you don't please do not apply. Some of the chapters you will have to find facts about for this book project:
- Poop, slime, snot and all things gross
- Everything Spooky
- Technological wonders
- disturbing facts about serial killers
- Nature and the animal kingdom
- Secrets of toys and games
Requirements: As the writer, you must be a native English speaker and be experienced in the topic of this book or at least have interest into the topics, write with perfect grammar, no spelling mistakes, no typos). I don’t accept word stuffing, redundant information or unnecessary repetitions. Focus on readability and interesting facts that will be stimulating. All facts must be fairly short and not take a paragraph to explain...ideally under 45 words Please reply with ''maple syrup" as the first two words in your application so that we know you've read and understood everything.
