Ghost/Draft Writer for 40,000 word "Start-Up Business Tips" E-Book

I'd like you to help ghost write/draft an e-book for me written for small business owners or those interested in starting a business. I have a strict budget of $310 or £249 for approx 40,000 word. Please do not waste time trying to negotiate. The budget is the budget. The deadline to create this will be 10 weeks from starting the project. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Must have a speaking proficiency equivalent to that of an educated native speaker

The chapters in the book will be;
1. Getting Your Mind Right
2. Validating your business idea
3. What will you operate as
4. If it doesn't make money it doesn't make sense
5. Getting out of the blocks
6. Funding your business
7. Building your network
8. Your marketing plan
9. Building Your Team
10. Your Sales Strategy

Each chapter will need to include at least:
-1 quote from a successful entrepreneur or thought leader
- 1 link to a resource that the start-up could use to help them
- 1 quote that is shareable on Social Media
-1 action task that the reader should do

An advantage would be a freelancer that can also handle the design side of the E-book too.

The task will be to create an excellent first draft of the book via a Google Doc that we can both edit and we will work together to write the final version. I'm happy to discuss potential benefits such as profit share of book sales.
