The ghost writer will work closely with senior researcher who will provide him with questionnaires' responses, data, several sources and will provide support all the time until the work is complete. Some sources are in different languages and the senior researcher will provide translation thereof. A brief Non Disclosure agreement and No Copyrights Statement will be signed by the writer. The writer has to showcase the numbers and findings of the questionnaires in diagrams and charts. So, experience in diagram and chart creation is a must.
