I'm seeking a skilled content creator to craft inspiring, empathetic LinkedIn posts focused on DEI initiatives within the IT sector. With over 30 years of APAC/Japan IT experience, I aim to amplify my voice as a strong advocate, mentor, and leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate engaging posts that inspire and motivate the Rainbow community, particularly in STEM.
- Highlight the importance of mentoring and coaching transgender/diverse talent.
- Enhance my online presence as a dedicated coach/mentor.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in content creation, particularly for LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding and commitment to DEI issues.
- Background in IT or STEM fields is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to convey an empathetic tone.

Posts should be generated on a weekly basis. The posts should use a conversational writing style to engage the audience more personally.
