Creative Fictional Ghostwriting

I am working on a fictional book and need a professional writer to take the first draft, which is near complete and work with me to improve it. The ideal freelancer would have some knowledge of the bible as there are some references, but doesn't necessarily have to be Christian. The book is a satire on the balance of power between two global cabals (East and West) and how they keep each other in a healthy balance over time. It is outside influences (not either one of the two cabals) that introduces evil into situations. In fact, knowledge of worldly religions would be a significant positive. Ideal writer can rework the writing to make it more "fun" and "humorous" and importantly, use some foreshadowing as current version limits imagination when reading. I have a document that is ~60-65K words and irrelevant if it becomes longer or shorter -- key is better.
