Creative Fiction Crime Writer to Develop Story

Story below is 67 pages and needs to be developed with dialogue and sub-plots to about 100-260 pages.
Jake, a single father, goes to a talk on internet security geared for the parents of teenagers. He learns a lot of how to monitor his 16-year-old son’s internet activity by using different monitoring software, and then invests in one of these programs. He discovers his son, Ben, is on sites where there is bullying, lying, and pornography. Jake is drawn into this and through a series of events leads him to become a rapist, and then attempts to rape a cop, which is a setup to him being caught.

Story should be written with one-inch margins, double space, paragraph indentations of five spaces set on toolbar (not with tabs), no extra spaces between paragraphs, in 12 pt. Times New Roman, and of course, in Microsoft Word. So follow the format set out in the 67 pages.
