Copywriter/Content Creator to write employability resources

I am looking for a Writer/Copywriter who is willing to go the extra mile to write the manual for a series of self-help ebooks and audible books. The theme will be on Administrative Law and Procedure relating to issues and topics of housing, employment, healthcare, court administration, insurance claims, child protection and privacy, correctional facilities, education, and any form of service or benefit.
