Comedy writer for friends 40th birthday

I am looking for someone to write some great jokes about my friend for his 40th birthday, he is a medical scientist, owns and runs a MMA gym, he loves stand up, the sopranos, the lakers, history, has 2 young kids and I need to come up with some great zingers for his bday, the less politicly correct the better
