Bio Life of an Italian immigrant to Canada

I am looking for a writer to write the biography of my exceptional person, an 88 years old lady, an Italian immigrant to Canada who lives in Montréal Canada. It will need to be entertaining, captivating, romanced as necessary yet factual. Interviews will have to be conducted in Italian, bio written in French or English. The aim is to have a great book, more than a biography.
Excellent book writing skills and ability to communicate in Italian are needed.
