I need a German translator to assist me at two in-person appointments.

I am a native English speaker. I have a good grasp of German however I need specialized vocabulary for two upcoming appointments. One is at an auto repair shop and the other is at a doctor's office. I would really like to have a native German speaker accompany me so I can effectively communicate during these appointments.
